You will receive an email where you can set your own password. Then click on confirm and your personal account is a fact!

During the interest phase, all types were announced including the starting prices. From then on you could send us your favorite building numbers in your account. This gives you a small head start on the start of rental, because when you have participated in the interest phase, you will be invited to our exclusive Pre-Rent.

During the pre-rent, the final rental prices are known and you can, if you wish, adjust your preferred properties in your file. In addition, in your account the questionnaire is visible in which you can upload all your documentation and complete your file. The properties will then be allocated first to applicants who have participated in the pre-rent and provided a complete dossier. 

If not all properties are allocated in the pre-rent phase, the remaining available properties will be included in the rental phase.If you are interested in any of the available apartments, you can indicate your preferences in your account. Complete your registration by completing the questionnaires in your account.The rental team will then contact you as soon as possible.
