The presale has started! During this phase, the from-to prices of the different apartment types are visible. The home finder is now online, where you can see which apartments will be for sale in phase 1. View the floor plans and choose your favorite apartment(s), so we can keep you informed of the corresponding building numbers. 

For a greater chance of assignment later in the process, it is wise to contact a financial advisor. Candidates with a complete financial check will be given priority.

The expected start sale is scheduled for Q1 2025. During the registration period, you can register for your preferred building numbers. At this stage, you will receive all the necessary information, including final prices. Be sure to submit all required documents and a financial check to increase your chances of being assigned an apartment!

*Should you have already submitted your preferences during the presale phase, please make sure that you confirm them again at the start of the sale. An explanation will follow at the start of the sale.

After the close of the registration period, allocation will take place. Through a system, the best candidates will be matched with the available building numbers. 

After the allocation, the broker will contact you. You will be notified whether or not you have been assigned an apartment. If you have not been assigned an apartment, you will automatically be placed on the reserve list. Should another candidate cancel, there is still a chance that you will be assigned a building number.

Once you have been assigned an apartment, the real estate agent will contact you by telephone to schedule an initial interview. This interview will take place within a week, either at the real estate office or digitally. During the interview you will receive extensive information about the THIS. project, the specific building number, the surroundings and the purchase process. In addition, there is ample opportunity to ask all your questions.

After the first meeting you have a few days to make a final decision. If you decide to buy, you will be invited again to the real estate office. This time to go through and sign the contract. From the moment you have signed, you can start looking forward to your new apartment in a beautiful location in bustling Buiksloterham!
